make one's own self very tough to deal with these issues.

a great list
Life
is full of difficulties and there are periods when it's hard to keep our
self-confidence up. Sit down right now and compose a listing of all the factors
in your lifetime that you are grateful for, and another listing of all the
factors you are satisfied with achieving.
2. Be
conscious of your gestures:
This
needs a level of self-awareness and existence. As I took dancing sessions
throughout my child years, I regularly observed the instructor declare,
"Heads up and shoulder area back! Take a position up directly and
tall!" Try it out. Shift and move with objective.
