Top 10 power boosters to build up your confidence


Almost everyone goes through tough times in their life and what one needs is confidence to survive and to make one's own self very tough to deal with these issues.

1.     For challenging periods, when all else fails: Build a great list

Life is full of difficulties and there are periods when it's hard to keep our self-confidence up. Sit down right now and compose a listing of all the factors in your lifetime that you are grateful for, and another listing of all the factors you are satisfied with achieving.

2.     Be conscious of your gestures:

This needs a level of self-awareness and existence. As I took dancing sessions throughout my child years, I regularly observed the instructor declare, "Heads up and shoulder area back! Take a position up directly and tall!" Try it out. Shift and move with objective.

3.     See it in your thoughts before you do it:

Before we are about to do something like having a conference, a time frame, a frequent day at work or a demonstration it is quite natural to see it in our mind.
